Open Attendance and choose the activity. Recording opens 30 minutes before the start. Choose Present or Absent beside each singer; each choice is saved immediately. Filter by voice group to shorten the list. Shortcuts also appear on the overview and activity page. On mobile, open it from Home, More or the activity, then use the buttons or swipe a row. Tap Finish to see the summary.
